ABBY JACKSON

Volunteer Manager & Impact Assessment Coordinator (Part-time)

Abby joined Restore NYC as a Safehome Coordinator in January 2013. Prior to that, she was a staff member at All Angels’ Church in New York City and a volunteer for Restore NYC. She speaks Spanish proficiently, and has experience as an ESL teacher in NYC and as a theater teaching artist in Washington, D.C. In her current roles, she has the opportunity to work with the incredible volunteers who come alongside Restore NYC, and she helps coordinate the way impact assessment data is gathered and stored so we can keep learning and improving.

Abby graduated from Wheaton College with a B.A. in Sociology and Minors in Theatre and Spanish, and she is currently pursuing her MSW. She loves running, yoga, cooking and spending time with good friends.
