Stacy Wang joined our team in September 2017 as an impact assistant. However, Stacy first served as an HTIC advocate volunteer from September 2016 and completed her first-year MSW internship with Restore NYC on the client service team from February 2017. Though born and bred in Shanghai, Stacy finished her bachelor degree in Psychology at the Education University of Hong Kong with first honor. Currently, Stacy is in her advanced-year study of pursuing a Master of Social Work at Columbia University, concentrating in clinical practice and mental health issues. Stacy’s passion lies in both clinical practice and research study and is intrigued by the reciprocal relationship between the two. She is very interested in working with the underprivileged or traumatized population as an evidence-based practitioner and practice-based researcher. Stacy loves singing, kayaking, taking care of succulent plant and picnic at Central Park.
