Safehome Coordinator (Part-Time)

Naomi began her career as a children’s activity coordinator for children of battered women at a women’s safehouse. She later moved to Mexico City to become a street educator for World Vision where she worked with a team of community leaders, businesses, and local authorities to locate street children, build trust through consistency, and offer connection to resources provided through the World Vision safehouse and shelter. She also has experience as an educator, community outreach worker, and minister with City Ministries International. Naomi studied Behavioral Science, Human Services, and Sociology at Ambrose University and Trinity Western University. Currently, she is working on completing her education in Social Work at Nyack College. When she’s not working and studying she can be found staying fit and enjoying the outdoors.
