Beck joined the Restore team in August 2015. She has a background in fighting human trafficking, beginning in 2009 when she started working with an anti-human trafficking organization in San Diego. In 2011, she co-founded VAST, an anti-trafficking organization in Lehigh Valley, PA which focuses on raising awareness, prevention, and aftercare for victims of human trafficking. Beck is a board-certified Music Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She worked as an Expressive Therapist with adolescents at a residential facility and provided music therapy with women survivors of human trafficking in the Truth Home in Pennsylvania. She also worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant in an HIV clinic in Allentown, PA.
Beck graduated from Elizabethtown College with a B.M. in Music Therapy and received her Masters of Clinical Social Work from Temple University. Beck loves spending time with family and friends, being outside, traveling, music, and yoga.
