Prior to joining Restore as Executive Director in April 2012, Jimmy Lee was the Vice President of Strategy and Regional Affairs for GBCHealth where he led strategy development and managed offices in Johannesburg, Beijing, Nairobi, Kiev, Paris and Moscow. Before that, Jimmy was Director of Strategic Planning & Business Analysis at American Express, Director of Strategic Initiatives at World Vision, an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, and a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Jimmy joined Restore's Board of Directors in 2008 and was the chairman of the board until early 2011. During his leadership on the board, Restore launched its outreach strategy and opened the first safehome of its kind in the northeastern United States.
Jimmy has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in sociology from Cornell University. He has been married to his wife Christine since 2002, lives in Harlem, loves to run long distances, and has been a member of All Angels’ Church since 1995.
