Lauren joined Restore as Development Coordinator in 2016. Experiences doing grassroots consulting in South Africa and interning with World Vision U.S. sparked her interest in clearly defining goals and collecting insightful data that helps nonprofits increase their impact. Before coming to Restore, she was an Emerging Founder with Praxis Labs, where she worked with an international startup to create a monitoring and evaluation system for their education programs in Rwanda. She is passionate about “redemptive entrepreneurship” and using innovative ideas to redeem some of the darkest parts of our world.
Lauren holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. She attends Church of the City and lives in Queens with her pet rabbit, Luna. She also loves to run long distances outdoors and read short stories.
