Lenore is originally from Antigua & Barbuda, but relocated to the United States in 2006 to pursue higher education. She has a M.Ed. in Counseling & Human Services from Lehigh University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education from The University of Southern Mississippi. Before joining Restore in June 2019, Lenore worked as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator at The University of Southern Mississippi where she conducted education and outreach across the campus community, and collaborated with campus partners in pursuit of preventing and responding to incidents of sex discrimination and sexual violence. Lenore has always been committed to ending gender-based violence and spearheaded the first student organization at the University geared towards increasing sexual assault awareness and peer-to-peer education.
Lenore and her husband, Micah, are new parents to a precious baby girl. They are Marvel movie fans and music lovers; they also enjoy traveling, food, and watching documentaries together.
