Counselor Advocate (Part-time)

Scarlett joined Restore in September 2018 as a Counselor Advocate Intern and now serves as a part-time Counselor Advocate serving both Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients. Scarlett was born and raised in Shanghai, China. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Law in Sociology from Tongji University and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University. Scarlett has a passion for helping others and is grateful for the opportunity to work with survivors of trafficking. In her spare time, Scarlett loves art, music, reading, writing, and photography.
