Haylee Adkins

Haylee has spent the last 18 years shaping customer experiences in emerging technologies, bridging innovation with collaboration. She currently leads Solutions Engineering for Snowflake Data Clean Rooms. Her team is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey for Snowflake’s data collaboration product, powered by AI and analytics. Previously, she was the Chief Customer Officer at Samooha, a secure data collaboration technology, acquired by Snowflake in 2024. Before that, she spent four years at LinkedIn, most recently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering.

Travis Tinney

Travis Tinney is the Chief Development Officer at Restore NYC. He has 16 years of community development and non profit experience. Previous to his role at Restore NYC, for 9 years, Travis worked alongside New Yorkers overcoming homelessness, addiction and Incarceration at ACE Programs. There, he helped build a social enterprise that currently employs over 130 New Yorkers who have overcome homelessness. Travis has worked on community development projects in the U.S., Central Asia, and Central America. He is a long time volunteer and Board Member of the Open Door, which provides English Lessons and resources to immigrants coming to the U.S., and served in the Peace Corps from 2009-2011.

Jazzmin Carroll is an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with a background in attracting, identifying and hiring brilliant talent, within the UK, Europe & North America Retail & Ecommerce markets. With a passion and commitment to driving change within the spaces she occupies, Jazzmin has built and led ERG’s, driven the DE&I agenda forward and implemented several inclusive hiring practices and principles at both Farfetch UK & US, and most recently at Aesop. 

Currently the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Americas, Jazzmin is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition strategy and function hiring across both Retail and Head Office functions, as well as leading the Ubuntu Race, Ethnicity & Culture Employee Resource Group.

Janai Jackson Esq.

Janai Jackson is an attorney, entrepreneur, and real estate investor with a strong background in law, business, and property and business development. She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office before founding Jackson Legal Group PC, where she leads a team handling high value personal injury claims.

In addition to her legal career, Janai is the founder of Broken Land Co., a retail clothing brand with global distribution. She also manages a portfolio of rental properties in New Jersey and is a proud partner of Restore NYC, assisting by providing housing to support victims of human and sex trafficking.

She holds a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Morgan State University. A member of the New York State Bar, Janai is recognized for her leadership across multiple industries, blending legal expertise with entrepreneurial innovation.

Dana Alkhouri

Dana began her career in media working at ABC News for David Muir on World News Tonight covering the election, pandemic, and other national stories. After deciding to get her MBA, she transitioned to work at Goldman Sachs in the Private Wealth Management Division as a Relationship Manager on the Business Engagement team.

Dana is also the founder of The Sidelines, a female-founded sports and wellness newsletter that covers sports news, viral moments, and wellness trends while spotlighting changemakers throughout the industry with their 1×1 MVP Series interviews.

Her experience at ABC News and Goldman Sachs has allowed her to expand The Sidelines mission of being a channel for all female empowerment.

Hannah Joly

Hannah Joly is a plaintiff’s attorney specializing in representing survivors of sexual abuse. She began her career advocating for prisoner rights, litigating cases involving the systemic misuse of power by correctional officers. With the support of the Adult Survivors Act, Child Victims Act, and Gender Motivated Violence Act,

Ms. Joly passionately advocates for civil accountability in cases of sexual abuse across both the public and private sectors.

Jianan Zhang

Jianan Zhang is a Digital Analyst on BlackRock’s Global Marketing team, and also serves on the WIN Philanthropy team at BlackRock. Prior to working at BlackRock, she had several internships in financial services and the public service sector.

She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business in 2023, where she studied Economics with a specialization in Marketing and Management.
